ایچ ای سی کا عدم سہولیات پر آن لائن کلاسز منسوخ کرنے کا حکم

اسلام آباد: ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن پاکستان نے ملک بھر کی سرکاری یونیورسٹیوں کو حکم جاری کیا ہے کہ جن کے پاس آن لائن کلاسز پڑھانے کی مطلوبہ سہولیات دستیاب نہیں ہیں وہ فوری طور پر ان کلاسز کو منسوخ کر دیں۔
ایچ ای سی نے یہ حکم طلباء کی جانب سے درج کرائی جانے والی شکایات کی بنیاد پر کیا ہے۔
ایچ ای سی یونیورسٹیوں کے نام جاری کیے گئے اپنے مراسلے میں کہا ہے کہ آن لائن کلاسز کے لیے یونیورسٹیاں اپنے پاس موجود سہولیات سے متعلق تفصیلات کمیشن کو جمع کرائیں جب کہ ان کلاسز کیلئے پڑھائے جانے والا نصاب بھی جمع کرایا جائے۔
چیئرمین ایچ ای سی ڈاکٹر طارق بنوری نے کہا ہے کہ جن یونیورسٹیوں کے پاس آن لائن لیکچرز دینے کی سہولیات کا فقدان ہے انھیں فوری طور پر یہ کلاسز بند کرنے کی ہدایات کی جارہی ہیں۔ اُن کا کہنا ہے کہ آن لائن کلاسز کے لیے لرننگ مینجمنٹ سسٹم انتظامات مکمل کرنے کے لیے یونیورسٹیوں کو اکتیس مئی تک کی مہلت دی جارہی ہے۔
اس ضمن میں کمیشن نے آئی ٹی کی سہولیات فراہم کرنے کے لیے تین کمیٹیاں تشکیل دی ہیں، یہ کمیٹیاں یونیورسٹیوں کو سافٹ ویئر، ٹیک سپورٹ اور آن لائن مواد کی تیاری میں مدد کریں گی۔
ایچ ای سی نے واضح کیا ہے کہ کمیشن مائیکروسافٹ کے ساتھ مل کر آن لائن مواد اور سہولیات کی فراہمی پر کام کر رہا ہے جبکہ انٹرنیٹ کی رفتار سے متعلق مسائل پر ٹیلی کام کمپنیوں سے رابطہ کیا جارہا ہے۔
ایچ ای سی نے یونیورسٹیوں کو ہدایات جاری کی ہیں کہ وہ آن لائن کلاسز کے لیے اپنے اساتذہ کی باقاعدہ ٹریننگ کریں تاکہ طلباء کو کوالٹی ایجوکیشن فراہم کی جاسکے۔
ایچ ای سی کی ٹیکنالوجی سپورٹ کمیٹی نے ایک گائیڈنس پیپر جاری کیا ہے جس میں آن لائن کلاسز کے لیے درکار ٹیکنالوجی کی سہولیات کی نشاندہی کی گئی ہے۔ کمیشن کا کہنا ہے کہ اساتذہ آن لائن پڑھانے سے قبل اپنے طلباء کے ساتھ مکمل نصاب اور متعلقہ کتابوں کا تبادلہ لازمی کریں۔
Hum online classes se bilkul bh ready nh hn kbi internet nh hota insaan k pas har koi ameer baap ki aulad nh hoti or hmary na trachers itny achy hn or na he management pls isko khtam khatam krdyn
Ma’am online classes are nothing but trash .. our universities have no capability to teach online they are only showing off that they can also teach online.. There is no interaction of the students .. i belong to the remote area .. and I don’t have any proper internet connection.. They are also going to conduct online exams which is impossible.. we request them to give us a semester break instead of listening us they are sending emails that they will impose fine
Stop online classes please because its just a waste of time as well as money
Please! Private universities are just grabbing money and doing drama and threatening and threatening those students who are asking for there rights please help us and support us
Please ban online classes because we can’t understand a single word in these classes plz listen to us and mostly students like me are not living in urban areas and have not an access to better internet so bcz of all this we just wanted that UMT Lahore postponed our classes plz plz take notice on it
Yes mam these online classes are noting then mental pressure.hm Medical k students hn aur without labs aur physically class environment hm kuch bhi nhi prh skte.further im from South punjab aur idhr internet ka issue hai classes k doran itni mushkil Hoti hai net me .baqi sb book shops aur sb markets bnd hn aisi halaat me hm sirf emotionally stressed aur pressurized hn.
online classes are just a wastage of time and money which is earned by our parents these classes are just a source of money for the universities nothing else so we request to the all higher authorities to stop this so called drama of online classes we highly condemn it. please do action against them

I can’t take any online classes because I live in village and internet connection not available if available internet and connect online classes in difficult situation I can’t understand the lecture and can’t understand voice of teacher
